After graduation from the University of Pennsylvania, Wil took a job at Bass Gick and Mickey (BGM). When Michael Gick left BGM in 1988 to start Morgan Gick & Associates (now MGMA); Wil was his first employee. After a brief period away from the firm to get a Masters at Rice University and Internships at Gensler and IM Pei, Wil returned in 1993. Wil has been a partner at MGMA since 1995. He continues to guide the office's strategic planning and strategy and is responsible for overseeing office administration, promotion, and project workflow.
Interesting Fact
I had four job offers coming out of school. After telling my father about all the relevant pros and cons of each offer he immediately responded; "it is obvious, accept that offer from the person you said you really connected with." That was Michael Gick, in 1987. It has been an incredible ride at MGMA ever since.
