BerkleyNet is a thriving member company of premier insurance provider W. R. Berkley Corporation. After four renovations to their existing headquarters, BerkleyNet leaders pursued a new operational space. The technology-based team was excited to secure 9301 Innovation Drive in Prince William County's Innovation Park to support future growth.

BerkleyNet Center at Innovation Park stands proud as a three-story, build-to-suit, 70,000-square-foot office building. The exterior façade is comprised of brick veneer, insulated metal panel, and a 3 story curtainwall system. Unique to this project is its 1 ½” of continuous spray applied insulation outboard of the exterior sheathing. This element provides an air tight, energy efficient building envelope.

The expansive Class A entrance lobby greets its guest with both imported stone flooring and custom wood paneling, all illuminated by LED lighting. Onsite amenities include both a basketball court and grand exterior patio off the first floor, encapsulated by decorative faced brick veneer walls and overhead LED lighting.
