Harmans Road

MGMA led the design for two concurrently built warehouse facilities on a site in Anne Arundel County for multi-tenant use. The tilt design, single-story, 24’ clear, dimly lit structures measure to 152,250 and 138,337 square feet.

Included in the South building is a 80,000-square-foot office/warehouse space, with the office portion will covering 3,500-square-feet. The project included space planning, construction documents suitable for permit and construction administration, and tilt panel fabrication documents.
