K2M

MGMA led the design team through the master planning and building design for K2M’s new global headquarters facility. The project consisted of a 65,000-square-foot, three-story office space and a 80,000-square-foot distribution and laboratory warehouse. Connected by a walkway, the area between the two buildings is designed for gathering and recreation.

Both the office building and warehouse are tilt-up construction and reflect K2M's innovative, pioneering work with spinal surgery. MGMA was able to gain architectural approval for its design through the Town of Leesburg’s public hearing process. The project was designed, approved, and shell building constructed in under 20 months.
