Marker 20

Marker 20 is emerging as a destination office campus along the technology corridor in Herndon, Virginia. In collaboration with Penzance and KCS Landscape Management, MGMA assisted with repositioning the existing 420,000 SF development to compete in today’s dynamic marketplace. Exterior upgrades to the multi- building campus included façade renovations, monumental signage, and wayfinding as well as new outdoor amenity spaces with direct access to the W&OD trail. Interior renovations, including new amenity spaces and a fitness center, surpass the expectations of today’s tenant.
