National Harbor Medical Office Building - Pavilion II

The recently National Harbor Medical Pavilion II comprises 95,000 sf of Class-A medical office space.  This premier outpatient facility is situated adjacent to its sister building, Medical Pavilion I, and is part of the new 190,000 SF medical campus at National Harbor in Oxon, Maryland.  

MGMA, in conjunction with Trammel Crow, has designed this five-story space available for premium clinical and surgical capabilities. The building structure is steel construction with a two-tone precast exterior finish. High-end finishes akin to the hospitality sector, and a calming material selection, contribute to the elevated patient experience within the amenity-driven modern site.
